At ReFresh & ReKindle Ministries, our mission is to provide a haven for pastors and their wives, offering them a space to find encouragement, restoration, and renewed purpose. We believe that healthy leaders lead healthy congregations, and we're dedicated to helping you thrive, not just survive.

ReFresh & ReKindle Ministries was founded by a team of seasoned ministry leaders who understand the unique pressures and isolation that can accompany pastoral life. We are committed to creating a supportive community where you can be real, vulnerable, and refreshed in your calling. We are a non-denominational ministry that seeks to serve Christian pastors from all backgrounds.

How We Help

We offer a variety of resources and opportunities designed to meet the specific needs of ministry couples. Our goal is to provide practical tools and spiritual encouragement that help you sustain a healthy and vibrant ministry.

• Pastoral Retreats: Step away from the demands of ministry and find rest. Our retreats are intentionally small, providing a safe and intimate environment for you and your spouse to reconnect with God and each other. We offer guided sessions, plenty of free time for personal reflection, and opportunities for fellowship with other couples who "get it."

• Marriage & Ministry Workshops: These workshops are designed to strengthen the most important partnership in your ministry: your marriage. We cover topics like conflict resolution, balancing family and ministry, and maintaining intimacy in the midst of a busy schedule.

• One-on-One Mentoring: Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to. We connect you with experienced ministry couples who can offer personalized guidance, wisdom, and a listening ear. This is a confidential space to share your struggles, celebrate your wins, and receive prayer.

•  Online Resources: Our website is a growing library of articles, podcasts, and videos that address common challenges faced by pastors and their wives. Find practical advice on everything from sermon prep and staff management to dealing with burnout and navigating church conflict.
