We are a non-denominational ministry, welcoming pastors and their wives from all backgrounds and church sizes. We are committed to fostering an environment of grace and non-judgment, where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

ReFresh & ReKindle Ministries was born out of a shared understanding of the unique challenges faced by pastors and their spouses. Our founders, a team of ministry veterans, have walked in your shoes. They've experienced the late-night phone calls, the demands of a growing congregation, and the isolation that can come with being a ministry leader. We know that the joy of ministry is often accompanied by deep pressure and the risk of burnout.
This personal experience ignited a passion to create a safe place—a sanctuary—where ministry couples could find rest, honest conversation, and genuine community. We believe that to pour into others, you must first be filled yourself. Our mission is to provide that opportunity for spiritual, emotional, and relational renewal.

Meet Our Founders: Terry & Keri Hinds
Terry Hinds gave his life to the Lord at a young age of 10 years old and later rededicated his life at 20. He met and married the love of his life, Keri, on March 4, 1989, and announced his calling to preach in 1995. God has blessed them with three children, McKenzie(Dylan) Persinger, Joel, and Levi and four wonderful grandchildren.
Terry and Keri served at their home church, True Light Baptist Church in Muncie, Indiana as the Youth Directors and Associate Pastor from 1997-2009. At that time, God called them north to Wolcottville , Indiana to help replant a church, Liberty FWB Church where they served from 2009-2014. God then called them to serve at Emmanuel FWB Church in Wabash , Indiana where they were privileged to pastor from 2014-2023.
Knowing that God was changing their ministry, Terry and Keri, stepped out in faith on June 4, 2023 to start ReFresh & ReKindle Ministries. This ministry was formed to help encourage pastors and their families and to equip churches.
Terry is a graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, Georgia and is currently working on his Masters. Keri is a graduate of Ball University with a Bachelor's in Education.
We're not just a ministry; we're a community built on a foundation of shared experience and a deep love for those who serve the Church. We understand the sacrifices you make and the passion that drives you. We're here to walk alongside you, offering a place of rest for your soul and renewed purpose for your calling.
